Progressive Spin |
<p>Join cycling coach Beth Kenney for our Progressive Cycling course. Over the course of several weeks, we will expand the aerobic base and add power to our cycling workouts. This course is for athletes serious about becoming better cyclists, testing the limits of their physical and mental toughness and breaking through their fitness plateaus.
</p><p>Starting at 1.5 hours the first week, we will progressively increase the class length, working up to 3 hours.
</p><p>Participants must have a heart rate monitor, available for members in the Pro Shop at a 20% discount and 10% for non-members.
