Tennis Professional at KTC, Inc. d/b/a Kingsbury Club & Spa in Kingston, MA

Provide tennis activities for self-enrichment at multi-purpose athletic club/day spa for adults and kids. Serve as designated tennis professional at club, providing instruction, training, and competitive program development for athletes ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Utilize tennis techniques, rules, and strategies, as well as sports science principles. Plan and conduct tennis lessons, develop competitive players, manage programs, and promote sport within community.

Duties: Help develop and facilitate year-round tennis activity programming for different levels from beginners to advanced players. Create and implement tennis training programs tailored to needs of clients, both adults and juniors. Responsible for player progression and self-enrichment for all participants through skill-based activities in tennis clinics and private lessons. Provide instruction through delivery of program curriculum. Also help maintain the tennis courts and equipment, and enforce safety procedures to ensure that everyone can enjoy the amenities. Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills.

40 hours per week with rotating shifts Monday – Sunday depending on clinic/lesson schedule and personal availability. Scheduling available between 5 am and 9 pm. Early mornings, nights, and weekends required.

Requires a High School Diploma and 6 months of tennis coaching experience.
