Chef, Tim Sylvia

We are pleased to introduce you to our new Chef, Tim Sylvia. Tim began working in the kitchen when he was 14 years old. Much of his inspiration for the food he prepares today comes from his mother. Tim has been a Chef for 13 years now and served as a Sous Chef to Celebrity Chef Joe Rego for several years. Tim brings a gourmet feel with a Mediterranean flair to the bar food that he will be serving in the Kingsbury Pub.
