How To Make A Childcare Reservation Online Through the Member Login
- Sign into your club automation account (https://kingsbury.clubautomation.com/)
- Select childcare reservation
- Next to who? select what child or children
- next to Childs name select a room ( childcare room for morning hours and child care PM for evening hours)
- next to when? select date and duration ( up to 2 hours )
- below pick a time
- then you will see “confirm reservation”
- click “confirm”
All Reservations can be cancelled by calling the club at 781 585 3883 x300
No Show Policy: For all services that require reservations (example: free swim, lap swim, childcare room, group exercise class, basketball court, etc.) a No Show Fee of $5 per child will be applied for all that do not attend the reserved service. Members may call the club at 781 585 3883 x300 or cancel through the member login up to two-hours prior to the reservation to cancel without fees assessed.
How to Cancel A Childcare Reservation Online Through A Member Login
- Sign into your club automation account (https://kingsbury.clubautomation.com/)
- Select Childcare Reservation
- Click “Cancel” under “Your Reservations” on top right-hand corner
- You will then see a “Confirm Cancellation”
- Click “Yes”
